REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY

Please be aware that once a booking to The MacGuffin Project is confirmed, refunds, cancellations and reschedules are not possible. In addition, latecomers will not get a refund or reschedule. If you can not make your booking at the scheduled time please contact us directly as soon as you aware and we will do all we can to try to reschedule the booking, however this can not be guaranteed.

We collect information from you when you register on our site, subscribe to a newsletter, fill out a form or enter information on our site to book an experience.
